OpenAI is giving your chatbot chats a fun, year-end twist much like Spotify Wrapped. The company has launched “Your Year with ChatGPT”, a personalised recap that looks back at how you used the AI throughout the year. With the holiday season around, it’s a perfect moment to pause and reflect on your AI habits.
What is ‘Your Year with ChatGPT’?
Launched today, Your Year with ChatGPT is a custom summary of your activity on the chatbot over the past year. It shows fun stats like how many messages you sent, how many chats you had, and even how many images you created using AI.
Just like Spotify Wrapped hands out quirky titles, ChatGPT also gives playful “awards” based on how you used it. Whether you leaned on AI for business ideas, creative writing, image generation, or problem-solving, your recap reflects your habits. Some users are already sharing amusing titles like “Most Likely to Automate His Entire Personality” clearly, the internet is having a good laugh.
Poems, pixels, and shareable fun
The recap doesn’t stop at numbers. It also includes an AI-written poem inspired by your usage and eye-catching AI-generated visuals. One highlight is a pixel-style graphic based on your interests. These are designed to be saved and shared so yes, you can show off just how much you depended on AI in 2025.
How to see your year with ChatGPT?
Getting your recap is simple. Open ChatGPT on the web or update and launch the app on Android or iOS. You’ll see Your Year with ChatGPT featured on the home screen. You can also just type: “Show me my year with ChatGPT.”
To unlock it, you need enough usage data. Make sure chat history and saved memory are turned on in settings.

The feature is rolling out to free, Plus, and Pro users in India, the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you don’t see it yet, don’t worry OpenAI says the rollout is happening throughout the day, so check back soon.
