GCRA website rebuilt with integrated AI Chatbot – Bailiwick Express

Indulge has completed a significant upgrade of the Guernsey Competition & Regulatory Authority’s website.
The digital firm has rebuilt the Authority’s online presence with a focus on an improved design and easier navigation for users, and features an AI chatbot called Dante-AI, integrated with a search engine called Apache Solr.
This chatbot was trained using the Authority’s reports, guidance, and case conclusions.
The GCRA says it will make regulatory information easier for the public, businesses, and policymakers to access and understand.
