Indulge has completed a significant upgrade of the Guernsey Competition & Regulatory Authority’s website.
The digital firm has rebuilt the Authority’s online presence with a focus on an improved design and easier navigation for users, and features an AI chatbot called Dante-AI, integrated with a search engine called Apache Solr.
This chatbot was trained using the Authority’s reports, guidance, and case conclusions.
The GCRA says it will make regulatory information easier for the public, businesses, and policymakers to access and understand.
“Working with Indulge has been an outstanding experience from start to finish,” said Caleb Zunino, Telecoms & Communications Regulatory Advisor for the GCRA. “They transformed our website into a sleek, intuitive platform that not only looks great but truly serves the needs of our users.
“Their expertise in AI integration and attention to detail ensured a seamless process, and the end result is a future-proof site we’re incredibly proud of. I’ve worked in web development for over 20 years, and this has been the most seamless, well-managed project I’ve ever been a part of.”
Russell Isabelle, the Co-Founder & Director of Indulge added: “This project is about more than a new website. It’s about setting a new standard for how public services use technology.”
He concluded: “By combining conversational AI with powerful search, we’ve turned complex regulation into something clear, fast, and user-friendly.”
