Many users are facing difficulties in using ChatGPT Plus and accessing the GPT-4 model. Although they have purchased ChatGPT Plus on multiple accounts, they are unable to use it through the Playground. Instead of GPT-4, they only see options for GPT-3 and GPT-5.
The problem intensifies when attempting to utilize GPT-4 through Python code, as it consistently returns the error message: “openai.error.InvalidRequestError: The model gpt-4 does not exist or you do not have access to it.”
Despite having the correct API and all limits within acceptable parameters, the cause of this problem remains unknown.
