Title Alliance, alanna.ai unveil service chatbot | News – The Title Report
Title Alliance is introducing its newest innovative tool to assist its partners and customers: a smart chatbot named Star.
The company will be launching “Star,” a virtual closing assistant powered by technology from alanna.ai, in its Western offices.
Future plans include utilization across Title Alliance’s national footprint. The company is based in Pennsylvania but has a Western division headquarters in Phoenix to oversee locations in Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington.
Star’s name is an allusion to Title Alliance’s logo, but it’s also more than that, said Brad Straub, Title Alliance’s director of Western operations.
“Thanks to alanna’s AI-powered ability, Star can answer more than 200 questions and provide information and updates on closing documents, file status, cost estimates, and more via a dedicated text line,” he said in a release. “It also can send automated text updates on file activity and securely collect needed information from other parties in the transaction.
“This technology will be a guiding light for our customers and partners, and we’re excited to add Star to the Title Alliance family. Star will save real estate agents, lenders and their clients time because it has the ability to provide real-time information whenever they need it.”
Leaders said Title Alliance opted to partner with alanna.ai and introduce Star to help team members focus on customer service, conversations and building relationships.
Star will be available to respond to queries and questions 24/7.
“Our people will always be at the core of what we do at Title Alliance, but it’s more important now than ever to lean into the best modern ways to communicate with our clients and serve their needs,” Title Alliance CEO Jim Campbell said. “We are recognized innovators in the title space, and everyone at Title Alliance wants to keep leading the way as we introduce Star and continue to build for the next 75 years.”
