Adviser Tech Watch: FNZ’s AI platform chatbot with Microsoft – Citywire
This is the first in our Adviser Tech Watch series, where we dig into new technology being launched for planners.
This week, FNZ, the technology provider and custodian for most of the UK’s adviser platforms, announced a partnership with Microsoft.
The timing of the announcement was curious given a class action lawsuit was filed against the company by some of its shareholders a few days previous. Nonetheless, the partnership is live, and the business is aiming to harness Microsoft’s huge scale to build AI products.
