One of the key improvements is the introduction of prompt examples. Users will now receive helpful suggestions while formulating their inquiries, replacing the previous blank initial page. This feature will simplify the process of interacting with the chatbot.
Additionally, ChatGPT now offers suggested replies, enabling the chatbot to suggest relevant continuations of conversations. This allows users to gain a deeper understanding of the discussions through the provided responses and suggestions.
The most significant change is the adoption of GPT-4 as the default model, replacing GPT-3.5. Users will have GPT-4 set as their default selection, and the AI will remember the last chosen model, eliminating the need for manual selection.
Furthermore, the update includes the ability to upload multiple files simultaneously. This feature enables ChatGPT to analyze and derive insights from multiple files concurrently. Initially available to Plus subscribers as part of the beta version of the Code Interpreter, this capability will eventually be accessible to all Plus subscribers.

To enhance accessibility and ease of use, OpenAI has introduced keyboard shortcuts for ChatGPT’s functions. By long-pressing ‘Ctrl + Shift + C’ in the editor, users can copy code easily. Similarly, long-pressing ‘Ctrl + /’ displays the shortcuts in full.
