We want prompt guidance and supporting factual statements to be accurate, transparent, and useful. If you identify a meaningful error, send the page URL, disputed statement, and the best supporting source you have.
What qualifies for correction
- Incorrect product behavior or feature description.
- Broken or misleading prompt logic.
- Incorrect factual claim, date, number, attribution, or link.
- A builder field or template that produces a materially misleading instruction.
- A page that does not clearly distinguish illustrative examples from verified facts.
How reports are reviewed
We compare the report with the page, check the cited source and other primary sources when needed, and determine whether the issue is factual, editorial, or a difference of judgment. Material corrections update the page and review date when appropriate.
What is not a correction
A preference for a different tone, a different model’s output, or a promotional-link request is not necessarily a factual correction. AI responses vary, so a prompt report should explain the reproducible failure or risk.
